Veo stingray won't work..

I recently recieved a Veo Stingray as a gift, downloaded the drivers off the cameras website, www.veo.com, and tried to use the camera. Unfortunately, in os 9.1, when i started up apple video player a dialog box prompted me to enter my name and serial number. I entered my name and the serial number of my camera, but it was somehow wrong. I really need some help figuring out what to do, the camera driver will not let me view video until I enter my serial number..but the one on the camera doesn't work! AH! Please help me, the people at veo won't.... Char
