I work on a remote access helpdesk.
I have a user whom is a new owner of a MAC and is using the company's web-based application to remote control a Windows XP workstation (using Java) where he is working in Miscorsoft Excel and needs to know how to run the "Calculate" function which is done on a Windows PC by hitting Shift+F9.Does anybody know how to do this using a MAC keyboard or even better...Can anybody provide a link to a site that might suggest how to do this?
I have searched Google and find several pages that show the different shortcut keys using a MAC but not one of them, that I came accross, shows how to do Shift+F9 in Excel.
I would have asked this on the Office forum but the issue is more with using a MAC keyboard.
Note: Our helpdesk only supports the connectivity from a personal computer to the office Windows XP workstation and not the applications but want to try to help this guy.
Thanks for reading and any constructive responses.
Bryan
