My USB mouse of my G4 in to working on this G4 But when I move the mouse to another machine G3 the mouse works well.

Wich OS do you use on both macs? and what kind of mouse is it? standard apple mouse hockeypuc? or the new optical one? and wich version G4 do you have? when did you buy it? tell me, then i probably can help ;)

Try connecting the mouse to different USB ports on the g4.
