You beg/borrow/steal/buy the install CD for the OS you want. Actually the first three methods I mentioned are against the law "and that would be wrong"...............
OS 8 is not an 'upgrade' per sé. It's just an install in and of itself. Depending on the model mac you have, and it's amount of ram, you may want to stick with 7.6. It's a very good release!
