Un-zipping exe. files on imac!

Is there any way I can unzip exe. files that come to me? Stuffit will not do the job? HELP?

I did one yesterday, but this may not be of much help unless you run Virtual PC. I run Vitural PC on my I Mac... I saved the exe file in my shared folder and then opened it via the Windows side on the Mac. Good luck

any mac user should know that .exe files can't be used on a mac unless you run VPC..of course stuffit won't unstuff somthing like that! it was made for MACS..duh>..

Yes, you can up-zip .exe files on a mac, Stuffit Expander 5.5 should do the job.... but I have no clue why would want to... you can't use it on a Macintosh!! You need VPC.. Or just get IBM....

.exe files are usually the PC equivalent of applications, but they can also be the PC equivalent of .sea (self-expanding archive) files. Try downloading ZipIt or the newest Stuffit Expander from any mac shareware site, one of them should exand the file if it is an archive. If it's an application, then that's another story...
