I am not going to be any great help here as I don't use Outlook anymore. But I seem to remember that with Outlook and not Outlook express you could choose File/export and select the mailboxes you wanted to export or backup. If you have a way to move the export file then the Mac can import it just fine. If not then email the export data to yourself as an attachment.
