transfer data from performa to G4

There are many ways.
1) Ethernet You can connect the two machines via ethernet if the performa has an ethernet card installed, then you can enable appletalk on both of the machines and then transfer the files over the network.
2) CDs If you have an external CD writer for the performa then you can write all your data to a CD and then put the CD into the powermac G4, and copy it all to there.
3) Floppy If your powermac G4 has an external floppy drive, then you can copy small amounts of data onto the floppy from the performa, and then copy them onto the power mac G4 using the external USB powered floppy disk drive.
