that is the question.
Well it's not actually.
I'm wanting to shrink the filesize of an eps
to fit on a zip disk and when I try open it
in photoshop, it says that the 'parser module
cannot parse the file' Why is this?? and what
can I do to get round it??

What APP made the eps you seek to shrink the filesize on? Do you even know if it's Raster or Vector? Or: Vector with embedded raster information?
Maybe you can be more thorough (spend some TIME and THOUGHT in asking for FREE ADVICE) and you may be able to get some answers.

SORRY!
I was in a rush, but i still need to know the
answer.
It was an eps created by QuarkXpress 4.0 (so
neither raster or vector i guess, but correct
me if i'm wrong)
The document in question is a front cover of
a book. I selected 'save page as eps' from
the file menu and it was created. Then the
file needed to be shrunk slightly as it
wouldn't fit on a zipdisk with the rest of
the project.
I tried to open it in photoshop and the above
situation presented itself to me.
Any clue what
