I use both windows and macs but own all windows boxes I recently decided to get a new G3 for my family and its ease of use...yea right...besides the mass of error messgaes and slowness the software and hardware is way too overpriced, then on top of that it networks to my PC boxes about like trying to put a 454 in a VW bug (It can be done but its gonna take alot of work)Well yesterday I sold the MAC and with the money back I was able to afford 2 more pretty beige PC's. So you can have your "cool looking" door stop but I think Ill stick with my plain old beige PC.

Blow me, you scum fucking Nazi!
Networking a Mac to PC is no big deal. I-Macs ROCK! Slow?..Blow me. You are lying. Errors?...Blow me. You are fucking around with it like it's a damned IBM aren't you? Overpriced?..Blow me. It's not THAT much more for Mac stuff. You wanna drive a mercedes you have to pay for one. Get back in your VW and don't look back. The G'454' speaks for itself.

I agree with woz on one point, you can't play around with any of the settings in a Mac. But, as far as everything else goes, SteveJobsSucks got it right. I mean please have you heard the words "Think Different" before? Take a look at their operating system between System 5 and 8? Do you see a difference. Sure one is color, but going with the whole lets "Think Different" thing, doesn't it seem like they would ever change their operating system? I could go on about Macs forever, sure they are fun to play on but, if you want to get any work done get a PC! Its the only way to go, for both universal software support and speed.

Don't even tell me Macs are faster! I don't care how fast the thing is. Have you seen the Mac software selection latly? I mean Wolfenstein 3d just came out for them - I rest my case...

The only people who complain about PC's and Mac's are beginners...amateurs. Both computers work fine if you know what your doing. As for errors and crashing...they both do. There is no perfect OS out there. Be proffesionals and learn to use both of them.

All you BORGS can continue to be assimilated by the collective, and you can keep all your cheap mismatched components that make up most PC systems. I'll stick with my Apples. They have never let me down. As far as software goes: PC people see that they can buy $9 bargain bin apps and games for thier computer and they nearly shit themselves they are so happy to buy this crap. Mac people know better, and operate at a higher level.

Just wondering, if Mac's are so great why is it nearly impossible to find one in computer stores. If you want to upgrade a component where do you go. Mail Order I suppose, not to conveint.

"Impossible to find them"? sure! because Bill bought them to copy the architecture and the operating system! Other than that, why do you think they look so much alike? Only difference is, what you see in windows today you saw it in Mac in 1988.
