Hello...

in my recent research i came across some info
that made reference to the dreaded "flashing
question mark". upon starting my mac i get a
flashing globe(?) and then a folder with
alternating flashing question mark and
flashing mac split-face (u know, could be one
face with a dividing line or two faces very
close together)...and then finally the happy mac. is this normal....or bad?

thanks! :)

Make sure your startup disk is selected and it'll probably stop all the flashing around business.
