Comment:

this time, im asking about my macbook.
so here's the question:
i was using that bootcamp thing, to get a windows sys
on my mac, but then i found out i need a windows
disk(which was stupid), so i waited, and after a while, i
have that disk and im ready for windows, then i found
out that my disk is broken! so i kept waiting, and after
a while, i found a disk that i can use and i used
vmware fusion for it, then i thought it was good, so i
canceled the bootcamp partitioning. however, the
things wren't right, the only use of the windows to me
is the games, and i can't play games with vmware, so
i tried to use bootcamp to do the partitioning again,
but it wasn't working, it said can't partition the hard
drive, use disk utility to fix the problem, so here i use
the disk utility, but i can't
here's the quote
"
Verifying volume “Macintosh HD”

Performing live verification.
Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume.
Checking Extents Overflow file.
Checking Catalog file.
Checking multi-linked files.
Checking Catalog hierarchy.
Checking Extended Attributes file.
Checking volume bitmap.
Checking volume information.
Invalid volume file count
(It should be 708679 instead of 708681)
Invalid volume directory count
(It should be 169846 instead of 169844)
The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.

Error: Filesystem verify or repair failed."
so can anybody help me?

Anytime you use a virtual machine its will be slower than tar...
especially for games. Using bootcamp is the only way to go if
you wanted to game. In disk utility...is this with you trying to
resize the partition? If not try resizing. Also you need to go into
vmware and delete/uninstall the windows operating system.
After all is said and done and your hard drive is one partition...
open up bootcamp again and retry.
