Testing Mac OS on windows

I have a client that bought a Mac laptop. I know little about the OS. I would like to load an emulator on an windows machine to test software and become more familiar with the GUI. Is there a program that will do that?

I'm not sure you understand what I want. I want to run a virtual Mac on a windows machine. Not a PC on a Mac. Thanks.

It seems that there are none that will run anything close to OS X . I guess the only way to learn to use a Mac is to buy a Mac. I don't think I will be doing much on that machine. Thanks much for the links. Jeff
