Is it true that I can system restore my mac by pushing f10 continuesly? Is there any other way to turn my mac os x back to mac os 9? please help!

Not true.
If you installed OS X and deleted OS 9, then you'll have to
reformat and install OS 9.

If OS 9 is still installed and working, delete OS X.

u can install classic support form the os disk 2, but don't go back to 9, learn 10 it is much easey. apple has a book called the little mac book for like 20 dollars tells u everthing about 10
