ejecting a CD? or opening the case to remove the CD-ROM drive? I'm unclear of what your are asking so I'll answer the two queries I posed lol. Ejecting a CD on a Mac is fairly simple, you drag the CD icon to the Trash and it ejects, I know it's strange but that's the way it's always been. Opening the case is a whole other matter, it all depends on the type of Mac you have, on iMacs and poertable Macs (MacBooks/PowerBooks/iBooks) you have to take the machine apart completely to get to the drive, PowerMacs and Mac Pros were made for easy access to the drive so opening the cover and disconnectin the drive is fairly simple.
