Streaming Video is Slow

CPU/Ram: p4 3.4 ghz, 2gb ram

i have an imac g4 1 ghz 1gb ram computer and it
originally came with mac os 10.5 leopard- it ran
that os too slow so i slapped on 10.4 tiger and it
runs faster EXCEPT for streaming videos such as
youtube, megavideo ect. It is very very slow and
skips frames. Anyone have any ideas?

it's the Flash plugin and that PowerPC will choke on it. Sorry that's how it is.
