I am looking to do this the least costly way, I would prefer not to pay for hosting or anything along that line. So if anyone could help me out by pointing in the right direction and on how to set something like this up i would really appreciate it.

Believe it. Live365's site deosn't state that it supports live streaming on a Mac and the PDF manual for MacAmp is a little off on the setup, but just go to live365.com and kinda' pretend you're on a Wintel(ARGH!) using WinAmp and you'll figure it out.
Quicktime streaming is a solution (in combo with Sorenson Broadcaster and a server), but this is much simpler', though limited compared to QTStreamingServers and such and stuff.
