Is there any software, preferably shareware, that can capture audio streams from a Real Player stream and save it on my hard drive?

Interarchy can capture streams to a file, but it's a PITA to extract the relevant information. A lot of packet-sniffer type programs can do it too, but I can't think of anything that's free that can do it...
