I just bought a MDP2HDMI and i would like to know step by step how to connect it to MacBook to tv . I think ihave done so,but i still have no display on my tv when i turn it on HDMI on. All the steps possible would be very appreciated. Thank you very much and have a good one
You have to use the Menu on your TV remote or console and select which hdmi port you're plugging the computer into. Most tv's have more than 1 hdmi input. The macbook will display on the tv after you have selected the correct port. You may have to open System Preferences / Sound and tell it to use the tv for sound source.
