Spyware on my Mac?

Hello, I suspect that the company I work for has installed spyware on our machines to check if we are surfing the net during worktime. Is there a software out there that would allow me to know it? Or how can I protect my surfing by making it anonymous?

remember that the company owns that equipment. Tampering with it can be serious. I would ask them outright if they are "spying" on you. Also, they don't need to install anything on your computer to tell if you are connecting to the net and surfing the web. Most firewalls will have a log that keeps track of what computer internally is connecting externally where.
