I need to upload a filename.ext. When I search for filename.ext in Spotlight, I see the file, but I cannot find it's location on the hard drive. Also, I don't have the option to copy the file. How do I see the file's location on the HD so that I can upload it?

If you can see it in Spotlight, leave your mouse cursor over the file name for a few seconds and soon the file path will appear. For example, I just did a search for 'soccer' on my HD and there is a TIF image in the Path = '/Library/User Pictures/Sports' folder. If I follow that path I then find the file I was looking for. If you can't see that item because it is a hidden file (i.e. the file starts with a period) then you can use a utility like TinkerTool to make your Finder show hidden files.
