OS: Mac 10.4.6
CPU/Ram: Power PC G5 (3.0) 1GB
Product: Apple/iMac G5
Comment:

My iMac G5 won't play some sounds, e.g. .smil files (from
NPR) and streaming audio (NBA, public radio stations). It
plays iTunes fine.

My iBook with the same operating system and applications
works fine.

I've tried tech support at both Apple and Real, but no
solutions.
