Hi everyone,
This might be a stupid newbie question, but how do i speed up my start up? Ive had my G5 for about 5 months, and within the last copule of weeks its taking ages to load, it gets to the login screen quick enough, but after that it takes about 5 minutes to load!
Its not filled with crap, ive only got Adobe creative suite installed, could it be something to do with the amount of fonts ive got installed????
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Paul

Sounds like your disk permissions need repairing. Use the
"Disk Utility" program to repair your disk permissions, this
program is in your Utilities folder which is in the Applications
folder.
