I have an iMac OS 9.0. My problem is scrolling. It is really slow and I can not find any type of preference to speed it up. It scrolls line by line. I have seen many questions regarding the fast scrolling problems but none for my type of issue. Please help. I am far from a computer tech and do not know what info would be needed for someone to help out. So if someone can help but needs more info please contact me. Thanks!

Your problem might be related to your mouse tracking speed as well. The scrolling speed and mouse tracking speed are closely related. Check that it's not set to "tablet" in your Mouse control panel.
