HI
I am very much new to this OS.. I know bit of windows.
Like if i want to go to Root sharing directory..then RUN:\\computer_name\drive $ Ie, D$ , d: drive from windows to windows but If I need to go to Root sharing directory from MAC computer to Windows computer then what do I need to do and from where shall I do.
I can access the sharing files of that computer through network. I cannot share each and every files to the network.

well, you using OSX, or Mac OS 7.x-9.x? For X, just click the sms sharing tab for windows I think it is and thats it. as for a root directory? well, you can go as low as what you had setup in filesharing on the mac side, for the PC, just double click the PC's icon and browse to it. If you want UNIX command line parameters, than do a google search for that.
