I will have a G4 soon and wish to keep my HP laserjet 6mp. What cables and or downloads will I need in order to keep it? I will be using OSx

Keyspan makes a few decent adapters.
Or you could look for a PCI serial card.
Check for software drivers for OSX before making the plunge.

Or you could buy an HP external print server like the JetDirect EX for about $10-30 off eBay and hook it up to your Ethernet network.
