I have now Aplle G4 700Mhz computer with OS 9.2 and I just bought Samsung TS-H292 CD-RW to it. The system doesn't have driver to burn CDs. Samsung don't distribute Mac drivers.
Where can I search drivers for Mac? Is it possible that OS X have installed drivers for that Samsung CD-RW? In the Apple store new MAC CD-RW costs five times more than my Samsung.

I went to the samsung website and they only had the pc drivers. Maybe it is not mac supported. Otherwise I don't know if Mac OS has the right drivers for it. You can still email samsung from their download page.

i had to replace my CDR once. i was told that not every internal CDR will work on a mac. and also that some will work but you won't be able to boot from.
there are 4 companies that their CDRs will defenatly work and they are: 1)sony 2)philips 3)toshiba 4)i don't remember
the new CDR i got was from sony. since my old one that came with the computer was sony. i didn't need no driver.
see if you can replace the one you have.
also try to look on apple support page sometimes apple makes drivers for hardware. it's a long shot but it might work.
