Comment:

Every so often (several times a day), Safari starts to
get squirreley and resets my tab settings - as in
turning them off and deleting what tabs I have
opened. Then when I try to open up a new tab, it
chirps and I have to go back into preferences and
turn them back on again. What is causing this?

Plus, from time to time when I restart my iBook,
everything on the desktop gets reset. My dock is
missing all the icons I've dragged onto it and the size
of the desktop icons are very large. What is going on
with that?!?

try booting to the os disk by puting the os disk in the computer and then booting it up, holding down the "c" key, then look for Disk utuitly and run all four options, this should fix it, if it doesn't go into finder on the dock thne into the user libray and then int perference and trashe the file that says com.apple.safria.plist and reboot the computer, when safra opens click on safria from the tool bar and the reset it and empty caches. also gointo the user libray and open the caches folder and delete all items and reboot. if that still does not work do an archvie and isntall perserving user settings.\
email me and let me know how it goes my email is b101875@aol.com
PS nothing i said to do will lose any of your info
