Safari icon replaced by a ? on Dock

Hi for some reason I'm not able to open safari, I've tried
clicking on it but it's not even on the dock there's just a ?
mark instead of the Safari icon, Can some one help me?

The question mark indicates the original has been moved
(the icon in the dock is a shortcut). Is Safari still in your
Applications folder?
