You can use Microsoft VirtualPC 6.1 for Mac, VirtualPC is a
Windows emulator which can emulate the entire windows
operating systems, window programs, windows games
and more. The downside of v6.1 is that it emulates at a
fixed 200MHz Pentium II processor speed.

I SERIOUSLY advise you wait until Microsoft release Virtual
PC 7 (which should be sometime this year). Since it will be
much faster and not run at a fixed 200MHz speed, thus
giving you proper emulation speeds and a smoother
experience.

Are you running Mac OS X ? If not then you will not be
able to run the 'upcoming' Virtual PC 7.

I notice you have 128MB RAM, that is not much for
emulation, I advise at least having 512MB RAM installed
for using Virtual PC.
