How can I restore my e-mails and adresses from outlook express 5? I deleted the folder "Microsoft user data" where they were kept. I tried to restore with Norton utilities unerase, but no files could be recovered. Can anyone tell me if it is still possible to get them back?

Probably not. If Norton had no luck then that was your last chance. These things happen. Look at it in terms of the fact that you've learned something.
