I'm setting up a bunch of mac laptops to be loaned out to our staff on their business trips. Is there a utility I can use to restore to the original configuration once they've returned the mac books. On my Win laptop, I use a product called RestoreIt to restore to it's original configuration. Is there a similar product I can use for the Mac's?

I think the best route would be to set up a laptop then use a program like SuperDuper! to clone the fresh drive to an external. When you get the machine back, simply boot from the external and clone the drive back.
Or you could set up a user account for them, then simply delete the user account when you get it back.
