Remove system preference icon

I have a unwanted system preferences icon that I would like to get rid of. It is listed under "other". Is there a way to delete it? The program is gone, but the icon in the system preferences is still there.

Look in these folders and if it's in one, remove it;
Library>PreferencePanes

System>Library>PreferencePanes

User>Library>preferencePanes
