Recover deleted folder ?

By accident, I deleted an important folder from my hard-disk (and emptied the trash can). Now, I can't find a smart (freeware) tool (undelete ??) on the WWW which may help me out ... (I am using system 7.5 on a 68k-powerbook which, today, seems to be poorly supported ...)
Can anybody help me out ?? Does anybody know where to get an appropriate tool ??
