I have downloaded quicktime 6 for mac os x. It is in the form of a dmg file. I am creating a program that checks the Mac OS version and what version of Quicktime is installed and then installs the appropraite Quicktime version. What do I do with this dmg file in order to install Quicktime 6 on the Mac OS X? Do I just launch it on Mac OS X or do I copy it to a specific folder?
