OS: Mac OS 7.5.1
CPU/Ram: 68030 (I think)/48 MB RAM

My question is in Mac OS 7.5.1 how do I disable the Launcher from starting up? I deleted it out of start up items but it still comes back. Im no expert in Mac OS, so please help me out. Email a response please. Thanks.

Throw the launcher control panel away.
While you are at it search (cmd-f) for
'launcher', and trash what you find.

And the real solution: open General Controls and uncheck "show Launcher at system startup"...
