quark - no fonts in menu bar

does anyone know why i cant choose fonts from the menu bar checkbox?
i can type the font i want but not select any from the checkbox the fonts are in the system folder and atm is running
there are no other font problems in other software and i've tried reinstalling quark but that hasn't helped

Menu Bar Check Box? If you mean the measurements pallette, then you need ATM "Deluxe" or another font management util to LOAD the fonts you want to choose FROM.
You can 'type' the font you want? Not sure what to make of that one.
