We use a great proxy server / router for the Mac called IPNetrouter. The license is around $100.

You should be a little more specific.
You can use windows or Mac clients with IPNetrouter, it doesn't care.
If you want to use NT box for DHCP, make sure that you have NT Server installed and use MacFile to setup a Mac accessible partition.

Well IPNETROUTER is something like a much better and greater program thats called Winroute... its also a NAT router .. Just using on tcp/ip the default gateway and dns records and there you on the internet!
