My problem is this. I am trying to connect my printer which is currently connected to my WinXP machine. I have tried going to macosxhints.com and looked through apple's help but that didn't work. When try to connect to my workgroup in the printer browser it cancels out and dissapears replaced instead with my school's workgroup. I got a Brother MFC-3420C printer in case that matters which I think might. Oh, and it does work when connected directly via USB.

ya the brother will not work get an epson or hp and hook it up on the mac 1st getting it working then get and airport extrem and hook it up to the printer and then connect botht eh pc tp the airport and the mac to the airport.always hook up the printer 1st on the mac and get it working 1st there. there is a way to hgook it up to the pc and run it like that but it is really hard, you could get a printer switch, but the airport is better, provideing you have and airport or wireless card in one of the computers but int eh pc the printer sharing needs to be turned on....let me know hoew you get it working email me at b101875@aol.com
