Problem with USB Card Reader on OSX

Comment:
I have recently up-graded my system from 9.2 to OS X 10.3.2 (Panther). Since than my USB Card Reader, which was running under the system 9.2 without problems, is not recognized anymore by the OS 10.3.2. According the user manual of the Card Reader, the system OS X 10.3.2 should recognize the Card Reader automatically - .... but not with my Mac. Has anybody an idea if there is a special driver necessary? (The Card Reader is from Digital Concepts Model CR-32 - used for memory sticks from a digital camera). Thanks for your help.
