Hello,

I am working wiht OS 7.5.2 on an old box. I have done all of the norton things, rebuilt the desktop, doublechecked extensions and preferences, etc, but still the system does not print. I have updated the finder thrown our prefs, etc. etc. etc, yet every time I try to print on the box, it does not print. Do you have any suggestions? This is for a stylewriter 2400 printer. I even have checked the virtual memory etc.

Update to 7.5.3. It is a free download from Apple's web site.

7.5.2 was very tweaky, thus the update to 7.5.3.

Also, make sure you don't have QuickDraw GX installed. If you do, you may need to go into the chooser, and create a desktop printer.
