Hi, I have been thinking about buying a Power Mac but the problem I have is I just bought a new flat screen monitor for my pc. Is it possible to hook up my pc monitor to a Mac?

Yes, you can use a PC monitor with a Mac. You may need to
get an adapter, depending on the model of monitor and
Power Mac.
