where can i find pncrt.dll for real player

This issue can occur if the Pncrt.dll file is missing from the Windows\System folder. To resolve this issue, uninstall, and then reinstall RealPlayer. To do so, use the following steps:

1.Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.

2.On the Windows Setup tab, click Internet Tools (the words, not the check box), and then click Details.

3.Click the Real Audio Player 4.0 check box to clear it, click OK, and then click Apply.

4.On the Windows Setup tab, click Internet Tools (the words, not the check box), and then click Details.

5.Click the Real Audio Player 4.0 check box to select it, click OK, and then click OK.

6.Restart your computer.

On step 3 of response #2,Real audio player 4.0 is not there.What should I do?

my real player is not there as in responce #4 its been deleted ,. i get error msg dllfile pncrt not found.,,what can i do?? thanks for any help you can lend ,,. ed
