i have a older mac system and i want to open jpg and wav and things like that but i cant get something that does that at stores and when i download stuff of the internet it comes up as text because i dont have internet on the mac so i have to use a library pc i need to know a way to get the text back to it orignal form please help me pleeeease!!!

Stuffit Expander or uuUndo (both shareware) can convert files you save as Source in Netscape back to their native format (jpg, etc.) Just make sure you are saving the file as Source in the little pulldown in the File Save window. Then just drag and drop your files onto either of the two programs mentioned above and you will be able to view them. If your browser is saving files as Text, this will not work.
