Am I correct in thinking that in order to view a picture from the internet that it has to download to my computer? If so, where would it download to? This is not in reguards to saving to my hard drive.

Well, depends on which explorer you are using. :) If it's Internet Explorer, then it's something like; C:\Documents and Settings\<Your local user name>\<Local Options>\Temporary Internet Files
Dunno what the <Local Options> will be at your computer, since it's different to each language, but I think you might be able to figure it out. :) You cannot browse it, because it's a hidden folder.

Look in the Preferences of whatever web browser you are using. It will tell you where the current download location is (you can change this to wherever you want).
