hi!, i get a performa 5215cd, but i dont now if it can be upgraded by a hardisk of 40gb IDE of pc (obiusly i must format for mac) and a new cd rom drive IDE too. i get ay kind of problem if i use non-apple products?

Only problem that you will run into is the CD-ROM drive will not work unless you are running the older Apple CD-ROM drivers that came with system 7.6(clone systems) I think the version number was 5.3.1 But I could be way off, it's been awhile. http://pure-mac.com use to host the drivers for download before apple told them to remove them(I'm guessing).
