you could try going to download.com and search for and download Kaleidoscope which is compatable with system 7.x and then download the Windows 98 Kaleidoscope Scheme. Unfortunatly you won't be able to run any Windows programs but it will look like windows. And to get really into it you can also download a program called Bartender which hides your menu bar.
