I have set up a website using Dreamweaver 3 (Mac). I now want to password protect a page on my site so only certain clients can gain access. Is there any way I can do this easily & without the expense of buying programmes etc. I can only find info so far which helps Frontpage or PC users. Please help

This isn't so much an issue for the page creation software (DW) as it is for the web server. If your server is Apache (an UNIX-based server) then there are commands (htaccess and htpasswd) which will enable you to password-protect a folder and all its contents. Check out what your web server software tells you about security features and passwords.
