panther install problem

I have got a 3 disc panther set which wad burnt and supplied to me. They were burn;t on a Mac that had 9.22 so classic was active. So I think they were burnt in such a way they are loking for classic, which is what disc 1 is doing so it can;t proceed on my Mac which came pre-installed with 10.2 only so classic is not active. HELP.

Put the cd in the drive, restart your Mac. While it is rebooting, hold down the C key. Holding down the C key tells it to boot the CD-Rom. If you friend made a good copy of Panther, then It should boot and start the installation process.
