Does anybody know of an application that will open Palm OS docs?

You could get a Palm OS emulator and use that to "run" the programs/docs.
What are you trying to do, specifically?

.PDB files are Palm OS database files, associated with a certain application. You can't do anything with them - in most cases - without the original application that created them.

Open the PDB in a text editor and look for a tag matching one of the above (before the = sign). Affter you know the type of the file you can find a compatable viewer.
