You could get a Palm OS emulator and use that to "run" the programs/docs.

What are you trying to do, specifically?

.PDB files are Palm OS database files,
associated with a certain application.
You can't do anything with them - in most
cases - without the original application
that created them.

There are diffrent formats of the DOCs:

TEXtREAd = DOC
DB99DBOS = DB (Database program)
vIMGView = FireViewer/ImageViewer
PmDBPmDB = HanDBase
InfoINDB = InfoView
ToGoToGo = iSilo
SDocSilX = iSilo 3 (newer version of iSilo)
JbDbJBas = JFile
JfDbJFil = JFile Pro
DATALSdb = LIST
Mdb1Mdb1 = MobileDB
DataPlkr = Plucker
DataSprd = QuickSheet
TEXtTlDc = TealDoc
InfoTlIf = TealInfo
DataTlMl = TealMeal
DataTlPt = TealPaint
dataTDBP = ThinkDB
TdatTide = Tides
ToRaTRPW = TomeRaider
BDOCWrdS = WordSmith

Open the PDB in a text editor and look for a tag matching one of the above (before the = sign). Affter you know the type of the file you can find a compatable viewer.
