Is anyone having a problem with Outlook Express not delivering mail? My hotmail account and yahoo seem to never fail, but frequently Outlook Express fails to deliver, and I don't get a message indicating there was a failure. Maybe it's earthlink, but I tend to doubt that. Maybe it compuserve (on the other end), but I'm puzzled. If anyone is having trouble please let me know. Maybe I need to switch to a different mail program?
